Return and exchange

Q / What is the period in which I am allowed to return a product?

We endeavor to provide a complete and honest description of the products offered on the Website. We are also always keen on supplying the finest products through our website

However, we have to acknowledge that mistakes can happen.

As a result of an error, if:

Received an unwanted product
or you received a damaged or defective product
You can log in to your account and send a message from the "Contact Us" page to address the problem, or via e-mail, and the customer service department will contact you to assist you with your request.

And the product must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it in its original box and packaging as it is, within 7 days from the date of receiving the purchase order. The original invoice must also be presented.

Once we inspect the returned product(s), its value will be replaced with a purchase voucher in case the product is defective, or by replacing it with a new package. In the event that the product is not required, the price and any applicable delivery fees will be refunded to you.

If you paid:

credit/debit card, we will initiate the refund process within a reasonable time by adding the amount to the same credit/debit card used during the purchase order;
Cash upon receipt, it will be returned via bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name
Situations may occur where you are not able to return the product within 7 days from the date it was received, and in these cases, please contact our customer service or the “Contact Us” page or send via e-mail and submit a request. Requests are dealt with individually and at our discretion.

Q / How much does it cost to return any product?

Free of charge in case of faulty, defective or damaged products only.


Q/ Can I exchange instead of refunding?
